- If you check us out online, you will see that we have high placement on the search engines. In addition, we have a courteous and professional staff waiting to provide information and treat potential guests in such a way that they will want to say YES!
- As an additional bonus, we also have a Wedding Chapel and perform many weddings. Not only does the honeymoon couple stay with “In The Smokies” but often additional family as well. This is just one more opportunity for your cabin to be booked.
- Our housekeeping staff is professional and thorough, with a second tier of quality inspections to ensure customer satisfaction and avoid complaints.
- Our maintenance is great at taking care of any issues that arise in a timely manner. If they cannot resolve a problem we have a list of licensed professionals that we have been affiliated with for many years.
- Our professional photographer will make sure that pictures of your property are kept updated to maximize rental potential.
- We have great advertising on a multitude of sites and answer all emails as quickly as possible.
- If a credit card is to be used, we do not require a security deposit on smaller properties. However, on larger properties we do require a security deposit depending on the size of the cabin.
- We pride ourselves on the number of return guests we have and would be very happy to introduce your property to them.
- We are readily available to assist you with an owner booking or to answer any questions you may have. Our owners are not just clients, they are family to us and we treasure them!
